Launching at Klarhet
Thanksgiving 2026

Goldie’s

Real food. Over fire. Together.

For everyone who’s been missing a real table.

There is a table waiting, and you’re invited.

So many of us are craving the same thing right now: to slow down, sit close, and share a meal that feels true, warm and alive. A table where no one is rushing to be somewhere else.

Over Thanksgiving weekend, Goldie’s opens its first table at Klarhet, in Lutsen, on the North Shore. Gather for a five-course meal built on whole ingredients from local, regenerative farms. Everything made from scratch, cooked over open flame, right in front of you.

You’ll arrive to the warmth of the fire, then gather at one long table set for twelve in a dome filled with flowers and light. Here, a meal slows down. You leave nourished, connected and a little more alive.

Twelve seats. One table. Nowhere else to be.

Thanksgiving weekend

Three days. Twelve seats each. One long table.

Come hungry for more than food.

Five courses, served through mid-afternoon.

Non-alcoholic, mixologist-prepared beverages are included.

Ages 18 and up.

Dietary needs are welcome and can be noted when you book.

More dates will follow. This is where we begin.

The day

Fire, table, place.

You’ll smell it before you see it.
