We know this path because we lived it the hard way.
We left our careers, sold everything, moved to raw land in northern Minnesota, and spent six years building an eco resort, farm, home, and livelihood from the ground up. It was beautiful. It was brutal. And more than once, it nearly cost us everything.
We made it through. But we also learned something we wish we'd known from the beginning:
There is a steadier way to cross.

Living Klarhet

Living Klarhet teaches the exact approach we used to step out of our conventional careers: a one-of-a-kind experience offering as the business. It worked well enough that, five years in, we could raise our prices, host long weekends only — and then step back entirely, living on the equity we'd built to take a full year centered on our family while our two youngest were born. The approach walked us, literally, into a life that feels like freedom. This twelve-month container walks you through building yours.

We've bought and sold multiple properties — using both conventional financing and 0%-interest seller financing, with every home we've sold setting a neighborhood record for price per square foot. We teach the specific hows of acquiring property, what to look for so the land serves both your experience offer and your family's actual needs, and what we'd do differently if we started again.
